Fragrant puff pastry covered with caramelized apples.

Cheese Cake of the Week

Pear Tartelet
Puff pastry covered with a thin layer of almond cream, pear slices, and apricot icing.

Profiteroles
Chantilly cream and choux base, all covered with chocolate cream and decorated with chocolate cream rosettes.

Hazelnut Mousse
A smooth hazelnut mousse on top of a delicate layer of hazelnut crunch and chocolate sponge cake, decorated with hazelnuts.

Tiramisu
Sponge cake base drenched with coffee liqueur, filled and decorated with coffee and zabaglione creams, slighly dusted with cocoa powder.

Créme Brulee
