Parc Bistro
The Bistro’s slogan, “A little bit French; a little bit Country; a little bit Italian,” seems to adequately describe the eclectic mix of tastes and ambiance you’ll find there. Fine dining and a charming bistro atmosphere await you in this totally refurbished 19th century roadside inn. A real stone-finished wood burning oven enchants one room of the restaurant where you can watch the chef make the Parc’s signature pizza creations. The main banquet room is large and stately, with three sparkling brass chandeliers and room to accommodate 40 people. Antique mirrors and avant-garde prints line the walls, enlivening the space as large windows frame a perfect view of the outdoor patio.
The menu at Parc Bistro is masterfully re-designed every four months by Executive Chef William Tschoepe, an expert in his field and a true culinary artist. This rhythmic recreation of menu choices here seems almost wed to the seasons, complimenting seasonal moods with hand-picked cuts of fine meat and the freshest seasonal vegetables.
The Barn
The barn adjoining the grounds of Parc Bistro, known as Le Club, is just as worthy of mention as the main restaurant. It was originally built in 1822 just after the roadside inn that now houses the Bistro. Renovated in 1997, Le Club is now the perfect venue for hosting parties and events of all kinds. The downstairs bar and lounge area is as cozy as can be, with the building’s original stone walls, new plush seating and tall French bistro tables all at home within the warmly lit area. The bar is fully stocked and awaits the pleasure of many delighted guests. The upstairs half of Le Club is a much roomier area, with tables for dining and dance floor. With a lofty ceiling and lots of open space, the area can entertain up to 100 of your closest friends.
